The Holiday@Home Host Workshops - are for people whose job brings them into daily contact with visitors, local residents and their visiting friends and family.

The Holiday@Home Host Workshops - are designed to give your team the local knowledge and confidence to answer visitors’ questions, offer advice, point them in the right direction and generally make them feel welcome.

This can only benefit your customer care and enhance the service you already offer.

The Holiday@Home Host Workshops – will give you the following benefits:

We aim to offer a series of Holiday@Home Host workshops from June 2006 to early 2007 at a range of venues to include:

• The University of Chichester (Bognor Regis Campus),
• The Wildfowl & Wetlands Centre, Arundel
• Look and Sea!, Littlehampton.

Alternatively, if you can provide 10 or more delegates, we can arrange to come to you at a time and date to suit.

How much will this cost?

We have a range of prices – the more people you can supply to attend the workshops, the better value it becomes:

1- 4 delegates - £25 per person

5 – 9 delegates - £20 per person

10 - 20 delegates - £15 per person

Larger groups - price on application

Plus....... If you are able to offer a venue for one or more of these workshops, we can offer an extra 10% discount.
